From the maker of IntervalTimers.com

Your timer counts the work. It doesn’t remember it.

You already know how long you trained. What you can’t see is whether any of it is adding up. Workout Chat logs a session in one sentence — lifting, circuits, cardio, whatever you just finished — and answers questions about your own numbers.

Three steps, none of them a form

No exercise search, no rep counters, no tapping through menus between sets.

1. Type what you did

Abbreviations, slang, whatever comes out. “3x10 OHP 95lbs, then lateral raises 3x12 at 20.”

2. It structures the log

Every exercise, set, rep and weight becomes a clean record. Got a number wrong? Say “change it to 100.”

3. Ask how it’s going

“How’s my squat going?” gets an answer backed by your own history — PRs, trends, what to try next.

Things you can actually say

All of these are one message. No editing afterwards.

Squats 5x5 at 225, leg press 3x12 at 360, lunges 3x10 each leg

Creates the workout with three exercises, every set parsed.

That squat was actually 235, not 225

Updates the record. No digging through menus.

How am I progressing on bench press?

Reads your history and answers: PRs, trends, volume, what to try next.

Questions worth asking first

What happens after the 14 days?

The account stays active at $29 a month. Cancel any time from your profile and you keep access to the end of the billing period.

Do I need a card to start?

Yes — card details are collected at signup, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

Is there a yearly plan?

Not yet. An annual discount may show up later.

Do I still need my interval timers?

Yes — they do different jobs. The timers on this site run the session while you train; Workout Chat is where the session goes afterwards so you can see it add up. This site stays free and needs no account.

Why is this on an interval timer site?

Because I built both. IntervalTimers.com is free and always will be; Workout Chat is the paid one, and this page is me telling the people most likely to want it that it exists.
